1. General Terms

• Evential provides professional event photography, videography, and post-production services.

• By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable laws.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining 50% payment must be made before final delivery of the content.

• Payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Evential.

• Any additional services requested after booking may result in extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must notify us at least 7 days in advance for rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

• Evential reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Delivery & Revisions

• Event deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeframe.

• One round of minor revisions is included in the package; additional revisions may be chargeable.

• If a client does not like the final output, it will not be considered Evential’s responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure proper access to the venue and provide any necessary permissions for shooting.

• Any restrictions at the event location affecting the shoot must be communicated in advance.

• Clients must ensure subjects being filmed have provided their consent.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Evential retains copyright ownership of all captured content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a license to use the final deliverables for personal or business purposes.

• Evential reserves the right to use event footage for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Evential is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, technical failures, or access restrictions.

• We are not liable for any damages or claims arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We respect client privacy and will not share sensitive event footage without prior consent.

• Personal information provided to Evential is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action.
